Homophobia
This one goes out to
that boy on the street,
whose father wouldn't look
at him when he caught him
kissing another boy.
This one goes out to
that girl on the ground,
because her mother
couldn't handle that she'd
given birth to a lesbian.
This one goes out to
all those hurt by words,
like 'dyke,' 'faggot,'
or 'queer.'
This one goes out to
all those who thought
they could tell anything

Lesbian Essay
The hardest barrier I have ever faced in my life was figuring out that I am a lesbian. Yeah, you heard right; Im a lesbian. Not a very big surprise if you talk to the kids at my school. Just For A Moment
She gazes across the room
Spots her
Observes her
Studies her
Up and down
With bedroom eyes
Desire written
All over her face
She swooned her easily
Took her by the hand
And lead her back
Into her room
She laid her down
Oh so gently on her bed
Made her dance
Made her swim
Made her feel
Like no man could
Sent her on highest highs
Yelling in ecstasy
All music to her ears
As she clung to her tight
Whispers of love
And a never-ending night
But she had to release her
She had no choice
For the little one had to return
To the arms of her man
She knew from the start
it was a one night stand
Nothing less nothing more

I was angry about the direction of an argument during Sociology class so I wrote this.
